SANTEE
I own a lovely duplex which contains a 1bedroom/1bathroom, and also a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom in Santee, SC.
This duplex is in a 50+ secured/gated active community called "Bradford Village" and has many wonderful amenities for seniors such as a clubhouse, many activities, pool, tennis courts, gardening area (grow your own plants), beautiful grounds, ponds, day trips, and walking distance to all shopping areas. It is an ideal location for retired singles or couples.
At this time both units are available and I am merely seeking someone that might be intererested in locating there for either unit for certain time periods.
Santee, is in the middle of South Carolina where it intersects with Interstate 95, and 6 miles further south to Interstate 26.
The beauty of living there is having the "Three (3) seasons and yet getting away from that horrid cold and snow facing many of you back up north.
As an example, average temperature is 55 to 62 degrees between November 1 to February 28.
Santee is rich in beauty and blessed with gorgeous lakes for fishing, a state forest, two 18-hole golf courses, shopping centers, restaurants, and close to all the historical areas such as Charleston, Myrtle Beach, and many other areas. It is also only a 3 hour drive to the sunshine state--Florida.
Electricity/heat and water is included in the rental and there is a 6-month minimum rental period applied in either unit.
The 1-bedroom unit is fully furnished, has a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, cable, and central AC/Heat.
Rental rates for this unit are $1000.00/month based on a 6-month rental or, $950.00/month based on a 9-month rental period or, $900.00/month based on a 12-month rental.
If renting 9 months, and you wish to spend your summer months back up north, we will gladly hold the last 3 months upon your return back for only $100.00 per month for a 3 month period.
Electricity/heat and water is included in the rental .
There is a $400.00 refundable security deposit on this unit.
The 2-bedroom unit is fully furnished, has full kitchen, living room, 2bedrooms, 2bathrooms, gas-lit fireplace, cable, central AC/Heat, and laundry area with washer/dryer.
Rental rates for this unit are $1350.00/month based on a 6-month rental or, $1250.00/month based on a 9-month rental period or, $1200.00/month based on a 12-month rental.
If renting 9 months, and you wish to spend your summer months back up north, we will gladly hold the last 3 months upon your return back for only $150.00 per month for a 3 month period.
Electricity/heat and water is included in the rental .
There is a $600.00 refundable security deposit on this unit.
Both units have private parking and have nice privacy in the rear terrace.
ORLANDO
Our condos and home in Orlando are located at Ventura Country Club with 24 hour gated security, 18-hole golf course, lighted tennis courts, clubhouse with restaurant/lounge, 2 Pools (1 heated), fitness room, jogging trails, 6 miles to airport, 13 to 20 miles to all theme parks, 1 mile to all shopping, and 1 hour to famous Daytona beach.
Rentals have a 1-week minimum stay for 1 and 2 bedroom condos, and a 2-week minimum stay is required for our 3-bedroom home which is on the Fairway.
Rates are quite reasonable starting at $525-$595.00/week for our condos and $1250.00/2 weeks on our Home with special rates during "off-season".
